JPC was established with a clear purpose: to offer clients a genuinely bespoke commercial property service, free from the limitations of a large corporate agency. Corina's breadth of experience means she understands property from every angle: as an investor, an operator, and a trusted advisor, bringing a rare depth of perspective to every client engagement.

In 2009 JPC was founded by Corina Johnson, a licensed real estate agent in Western Australia and property professional with over 30 years of hands-on experience across virtually every facet of real estate, both personally with her own developments and throughout her career.
That same commitment to clients is now shared by the next generation. Corina's son, who brings four years of experience in leasing and sales, works closely alongside her, while her daughter has joined the business in sales, leasing and property management, continuing the family's dedication to delivering exceptional service.
