IN THEIR OWN WORDS
“I have known Corina Johnson professionally for in excess of 30 years and have worked alongside her in numerous complex real estate transactions having seen her breadth of experience through my varying role as a licensed valuer, Director of a real estate agency, Chairman of the Board of Valuers with the Planning Commission; and as State Chairman (WA) of the Australian Property Institute (API).
During our numerous interactions, I have witnessed Corina's professional acumen, noting her highly professional and organised approach, attention to detail, clear communication, and excellent negotiation skills. Corina possesses a deep knowledge of planning and development matters, stays current on legal issues affecting transactions, and is highly adept at identifying alternate uses for properties to maximise asset value.

“Corina and I work together in the land development sector. We assist landowners/developers with assembly of land for future development purposes and work in a variety of spaces, including not-for-profits, to identify opportunities for land acquisitions and property development.
We are also both long term Swan Valley residents with an intimate knowledge of the Swan municipality, we enjoy strong local business networks and we are passionate about our community.
Corina has long business ownership and acumen, requiring clear strategy, sound economics, strong leadership and culture setting. She has long term real estate experience, including writing and reviewing agreements; and extensive experience with property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals.
Corina has an ability to quickly determine the merits or otherwise of a property opportunity and assess feasibility and commercial returns. She also has an ability to innovate and consider alternate solutions to property matters, which is essential in a complex market and/or with complex sites.
I have no hesitation in recommending Corina for a property role”

“As the Director of Dynamic Planning and Developments, I ( and my team) have had the pleasure of working numerous times over the last 15 years with Corina.
I consider Corina’s property agency expertise and knowledge to be of a commendable stature, as it is evident through my dealings that she has a firm understanding of the various elements that are involved in a property transaction. Specifically, Corina has demonstrated skills in analysing a property market, and identifying opportunities and constraints in which pathway is then set for action and implementation.
In my dealings with Corina she has adopted a ‘Leader’ approach whereby she understands what other professional services are required in order to provide the necessary intelligence and data for decision making. I find this trait of Corina’s absolutely pivotal as she provides clear direction and timeframes to ensure that individual; components in a project team come together as one to achieve a unified outcome.
I consider Corina’s work ethic to be of the highest standard as she takes pride in the work she undertakes, no matter how small or remedial the task may be. She is also a compassionate and caring person and observing her effort in the charitable sector of communities portrays her genuineness of a caring person.
I consider Corina as an asset to any business dealing property as her intellect reaches many different genres of property transactions and she would be an asset to any property related team”.
